EGAN Home Health and Hospice Patient Reviews

From E.W.

“My name is [REDACTED] and I have been a patient of yours for the past month. Today was my last day and I wanted to write you this letter.

First of all, I want to say that I am very pleased with your service and personnel, especially my nurse, Whitney [REDACTED]. Whitney is very professional, knowledgeable, and is always on-time. She took very good care of my wounds and gave me some good advice on my heart monitor.

I would recommend EGAN Home Health, and God-willing, should I ever need home care again, I would ask for EGAN.”

From Hospice Patient’s Son-in-Law:

“Thanks so much for taking such great care of our patient ladies!”

From the wife of a patient:

“A note of thanks to your company of professionals who have cared for my husband in recent weeks. May God Bless all of you.”

From Mrs. W.

“I want to just call and tell you what wonderful care I get from Egan. Everyone including the office staff and I just want to compliment them and have it entered into their employee record.” “Please give compliments to Tori , Jennifer, Leslie, Attara, and Kim because I cannot ask for better service from them.”

From M.S.

“Dear Mr. Egan,

I believe nurses often fall through the cracks, they do the hard work and do not receive the recognition they deserve.

I have had a very trying 2016.  I had breast cancer, a double mastectomy with the flap surgery.  This flap surgery went awry and I had a wound that was about 5 inches in length, about 2 inches wide and deep.  A month later that wound tunneled another 1 ½ inches in length and wound care continued.  Two weeks after that I had a mini-stroke which was probably the result of a severe accident/injury to my granddaughter and my own stress.

Your home health nurse, Melissa [REDACTED], was my predominant nurse throughout all of this.  She helped me muddle through the most trying time of my life.  To top it off, I was not coping well mentally.  She was aware of all of my many issues.  It is impossible to articulate in words how appreciative and impressed I was with not only her care for my body but also for her attention to my state of mind when I so badly needed it.  Her positive comments each morning were uplifting to my spirit.  Her nursing skill coupled with her CAN DO attitude were especially instrumental to me as I faced my uphill journey.  Her positiveness never wavered and I can now say that I feel better than I have in many months.

Nursing is truly a vocation of the heart as opposed to a job and Melissa [REDACTED] is a testament to this.  It has been my good fortune to have been cared for by Melissa [REDACTED].

Most sincerely,

[NAME REDACTED]”

From P.R.

“I want to express my compliments to my nurse, Monica [REDACTED], as she has excellent customer service skills and my wound is starting to heal. Using her expertise has  helped with my wound care. I thank God for her . She is truly a blessing.”
